From this to 
01 Crop your picture 100x100
02 Sharpen once (adjust>>sharpeness>>sharpen)
03 Duplicate your base, set it to screen, opacity 50%, bring on top.

04 Duplicate your base, desaturate (shift+ctrl+u), set it to Hard light, opacity 100%, bring on top.

05 Make a new layer and fill it with #111144, set it to exclusion, opacity 100%

06 Make a new layer and fill it with #b3dbf3, set it to burn, opacity 100% [image]
07 Make a new layer and fill it with #e28767, set it to soft light, opacity 100% [image]
08 Merge Layers.
Add this texture as a new layer and set it to lighten , opacity 100%
add brushes and some text.
(play with opacity and color balance!)
