01 Crop your picture 100x100
02 Sharpen once (adjust>>sharpeness>>sharpen)
03 Duplicate your base, set it to soft light, opacity 100%, bring on top.
04 Make a new layer and fill it with #F87096, set it to Overlay, opacity 65% [image]
05 Make a new layer and fill it with #174675, set it to Exclusion, opacity 76% [image]
06 Make a new layer and fill it with #70E6F8, set it to burn, opacity 77% [image]
07 Add this gardient as a new layer and set it to Soft light , opacity 100%
08 Merge Layers.
Add this texture as a new layer and set it to lighten , opacity 100%
add brushes and some text.
