From this to 
01 Crop your picture 100x100
02 Sharpen once (adjust>>sharpeness>>sharpen)
03 Duplicate your base, set it to soft light, opacity 100%, bring on top

04 Make a new layer and fill it with #052549, set it to screen, opacity 100%

05 Make a new layer and fill it with #845527, set it to pin light, opacity 62% [image]
06 Duplicate your base, desaturate (shift+ctrl+u), set it to soft light, opacity 100%, bring on top.

07 Merge Layers.
You may add brushes and text.
