01 Crop your picture 100x100

02 Sharpen once (adjust>>sharpeness>>sharpen)
(you may smooth the skin, I didn't )

03 Duplicate your base, set it to screen, opacity 50%, bring on top.

04 Make a new layer and fill it with #1a426a, set it to exclusion, opacity 50% [image]
05 Make a new layer and fill it with #f9d89c, set it to multiply, opacity 100% [image]
06 Make a new layer and fill it with #9ddddf, set it to burn, opacity 40% [image]
07 Duplicate your base, set it to soft light, opacity 100%, bring on top.

08 Merge Layers.
Add this as a new layer and set it to lighten , opacity 100%
And finally, add brushes and some text.
And we're done!
