01 Crop your picture 100x100
02 Sharpen once (adjust>>sharpeness>>sharpen), smooth skin
03 Duplicate your base, set it to screen, opacity 100%, bring on top, desaturate (shift+ctrl+u).

04 Make a new layer and fill it with #19324c, set it to screen, opacity 22%

05 Make a new layer and fill it with #f37fce, set it to softlight, opacity 100% [image]
06 Make a new layer and fill it with #f4c78dc, set it to soft light, opacity 67% [image]
07 Duplicate your base, desaturate (shift+ctrl+u), set it to overlay, opacity 61%, bring on top.

08 Merge Layers.
You may add brushes and text.
