01 Crop your picture 100x100
02 Sharpen once (adjust>>sharpeness>>sharpen)
03 Duplicate your base, set it to screen, opacity 100%, bring on top

04 Make a new layer and fill it with #9f6beb, set it to color burn, opacity 100%

05 Make a new layer and fill it with #4fcbb2, set it to overlay, opacity 100%

06 Make a new layer and fill it with #1e4400, set it to softlight, opacity 100%

07 Make a new layer and fill it with #122d55, set it to exclusion, opacity 21%

08 Duplicate your base, desaturate (shift+ctrl+u), set it to pin light, opacity 100%, bring on top.

Add this as a new layer and set it to lighten/screen , opacity 100%
11 Merge Layers.
You may add brushes and text.
